DL WB Scott Bates with the concurrence of GL RWB Kevin Townley that Memorial Lodge Officers are not required to stand the ritual proficiency required of constituent lodge officers because only Past Masters are eligible and we only open on the Masters Degree, only admit Master Masons, don't confer degrees & don't have to move up & down for degree work. Therefore any Past Master is eligible for election.
