Christmas Parade:
For the Christmas Parade, we will be meeting at Ute Pass lodge at 4:45 p.m. 205 N. Park Woodland Park Please be Prompt! Because of registration. We need all participants to sign the waiver to be able to be in the parade. We will need to be at the staging area no later than 5:30 p.m. We have a trailer that Brothers can ride on that cannot make the walk during the parade. Please dress warm because it can get pretty cold this time of the year. The Grand Lodge has given special dispensation for all AF&AM members participating to wear their plain white aprons. Members of Prince Hall participating who wish to wear aprons may wish to get the same dispensation from their Grand Master.
Please text, email or call me so I know who to be expecting and how many. The parade is a great way to get our organization out into the community.
Officer Installation
The Installation will be December 5th. at 7:00 P.m. I am asking that all members be present by 6:00 p.m. promptly so that we can set up and go through the necessary floor work that is needed. This Installation is for all of the members of the lodge not just one person. I feel there will be a lot in attendance so let’s the greatness of fellowship for our visiting brothers as Ute Pass Lodge #188 hosts this august occasion.

December State Meeting
The stated meeting will be December 19 at 7pm preceded by dinner at 6pm. Dinner is open to guests and family. The main course will be Ham. WB:. Bud is bringing his popular green bean casserole.
